Fees
You'll see every One Ticker fee before you sign. No hidden fees.
| What | Amount | Paid to |
|---|---|---|
| Buy a free ticker | 0.05 SOL, one time, in the same transaction that creates your NFT | One Ticker treasury |
| Buy a ticker from another holder | The listing price: 95% to the seller, 5% to One Ticker, in one transaction | Seller / One Ticker treasury |
| List, edit or cancel a listing, or transfer | No One Ticker fee (only the Solana network fee, a fraction of a cent) | Solana |
| Launch a ticker you own | No launch fee (you already bought the ticker) | None |
| Launch a free ticker directly ("Launch now") | 0.01 SOL, in the same transaction as the launch (you don't pay it if the launch fails) | One Ticker treasury |
| Creator rewards from your coin (paid by pump.fun on every trade) | 90% to you, 10% to One Ticker, set once at launch with pump.fun's rewards sharing. Required for your coin to be official | You / One Ticker treasury |
| Creating the coin on pump.fun | Network fees and account rent (about 0.03 SOL total, estimate shown before you sign) | Solana |
| Dev buy (optional) | The amount you choose, plus pump.fun's trading fee on that buy (no One Ticker fee) | pump.fun bonding curve |
| Trading your coin | No One Ticker fee on trades | None |
Why these fees?
They pay for the service and make squatting expensive, since holding lots of tickers costs real SOL upfront. The 5% resale fee is only charged when a ticker actually sells at a price its owner chose. And because tickers can be listed, a squatter can always be bought out.
The 90/10 rewards split
- pump.fun pays creator rewards on every trade of a coin. For coins launched on One Ticker, those rewards are split 90/10: 90% to the dev and 10% to the One Ticker treasury.
- The split uses pump.fun's own rewards sharing. It's set right after launch in a second transaction that you approve together with the first. pump.fun only lets this split be set once. After that, neither you nor One Ticker can change it (only pump.fun can, through a community takeover).
- It's required. A coin is only official on One Ticker once this split is set on pump.fun. If it isn't set within 60 minutes of launch (you can retry with "Finish setup"), or is set to anything else, your coin stays on pump.fun but loses its official status, and the ticker is free again. Finishing late still works as long as nobody else has taken the ticker.
- You claim your share on pump.fun as usual.
- What the treasury does with its share may change over time. Nothing about it is promised, and it isn't an investment.
Refunds
Fees aren't refundable, with one exception: if a direct launch of the same ticker landed on-chain right before your purchase, your NFT is marked void and we refund the 0.05 SOL manually. Marketplace payments go straight to the seller, so One Ticker can't refund them.
