Which $CAT is the real one? If it launched on One Ticker, there's exactly one answer, and you can check it yourself.

Find the official coin

  1. Search the ticker on One Ticker (exact ticker only: $CAT and $C4T are different).
  2. If it shows LIVE or GRADUATED, the page shows the official coin: its contract address (CA), its dev's wallet and links to trade it.
  3. Compare that CA with the one in your terminal or on pump.fun. Names and tickers can be copied, but the CA can't, so that's what you check.

Every ticker has a public page at /t/TICKER, and bots can call GET /api/ticker/TICKER.

What to keep in mind

Copycats can still exist outside One Ticker. Anyone can launch a coin called $CAT on pump.fun or another launchpad. One Ticker only guarantees there's one $CAT launched on One Ticker.

  • "Official" means launched on One Ticker. It's not an endorsement, an audit or a sign that the coin is safe or will hold any value.
  • If a ticker is FREE or OWNED on One Ticker, there's no official coin yet, even if coins with that ticker already trade on pump.fun.
  • One Ticker only lists coins launched on One Ticker. Any other coin with the same ticker just isn't the official one.
  • Memecoins are very risky and most go to zero. Nothing here is financial advice.
